• Visitors of guests must register at front desk when entering property.
• Current bed tax will be added (7%).
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Sleepy Hollow quiet hours are 10pm to 8am - Violators will promptly be required to leave.
• Two night stays required on holidays and weekends.
• Please add $30 for a one-night stay in 1 bedroom cabins and suites.
• Please add $40 for a one-night stay in 2 bedroom cabins.
• No checks accepted at check-in. All major credit cards accepted. Cash payments require a credit card as security on rental or $100.00 cash deposit.
• Check-in time: 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Late arrivals must make arrangements in advance and pay in full prior to arrival.
• No monthly rentals.
• A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your card if unauthorized pets or smoking in the room is evident or if your unit is in unacceptable condition; this includes stained linens, dirty dishes, or any damage to the unit.
• We strictly enforce capacity limits. Having extra people in your unit is against our policy and will result in additional charges to your credit card.
• We cater to families with children and people wanting rest and relaxation. We strictly enforce 10pm quiet hours to ensure peaceful sleep for our guests. Anyone who disrespects this will be required to leave - without refund.
• If you are coming to Crestline to attend a wedding or celebration and plan on drinking excessively, kindly find more suitable accommodations elsewhere. Again, we cater to families that are here to enjoy our lake by day, and our peacefulness by night.
