Cancellation Policy
At Sleepy Hollow Cabins and Motel, we understand that situations may arise causing you to change your plans. Just call or email us seven days in advance or more and we will cancel your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 processing fee per unit, per day.
Reservations canceled (including same day bookings) in less than seven days notice are charged the full rate. We will however try to re-rent the unit and return a partial refund. No shows are charged full rate.
Holiday reservations are charged a 50% non refundable deposit 30 days in advance. Holiday reservations canceled in less than thirty days notice are charged the full rate. We will however try to re-rent the unit and return a partial refund. Groups reserving ten units or more ( weddings, retreats and reunions) also require a 30 day cancellation notice.
When booking 10 rooms or more, we require a 25% deposit up front. If blocking rooms for individuals within a group, once the rooms are individually reserved, that deposit will be returned. If the rooms being held are not filled thirty days prior to the event, that deposit is non-refundable.
Pet policy
Neutered/spayed Dogs are allowed in selected units with additional $20.00 per dog, per night fee. You must let us know when you make a reservation that you will be bringing your pet. Sorry, No cats permitted.
Unauthorized pets will result in a 200.00 fee.
Smoking policy
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking in your room will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee. We have a covered gazebo on site for you to enjoy your smoke.
Having extra people in your unit is against our policy and will result in additional charges to your credit card.
We cater to families with children and people wanting rest and relaxation. We strictly enforce 10pm quiet hours to ensure peaceful sleep for our guests. Anyone who disrespects this will be required to leave - without refund.
